Role description
Responsibilities
• Experience in project coordination for more than a year in product teams (iGaming and affiliate marketing), technical understanding of working with traffic will be an advantage
• Advanced communication skills: ability to negotiate with anyone
• Experience in managing a team of 5 or more people: if there are cases of creating teams from scratch, it is your advantage.
• Skill in analytics, generating TORs, requirements gathering and resourcing
• Skills in tracking status of tasks after they are assigned and managing risks
Requirements
• Quality control of task execution (setting and co-ordinating)
• Project management at all stages, managing changes in the scope and timing of work
• Communicating with remote teams, building communication within your team
• Assessing risks and resolving abnormal situations, analysing and reporting results
• Monitoring current corporate tools and introducing new ones to teams
• Monitoring of targets and reporting to CEO
